4) Order will be cancelled:
i) If client provided error details of his/her.
ii) If client won’t be touch in communication.
1) We accept returns under the following circumstances:
i) Wrong Specification: If the product specification of the received product does not match the description in the ad. Specifications include color (if pre-specified by buyer), storage,
size, dimension, power consumption, weight etc.
ii. Product Mismatch: The received product is entirely different from the ad.
iii. Product Damage: If the received product is found to be physically damaged at the time of delivery.
iv. Functionality: If the received product is not in a working condition.
2) The buyer may claim a return only if s/he finds the above-stated problems upon delivery of the product
3) CUBIC will investigate the validity of all the claims and exchange the product with the correct/functional product in case of valid claims only.
4) Please note that refunds will not be made
i. for products without a warranty, claims will not be considered after the specified period of
3 days after delivery.
ii. For products with a warranty, claims will fall under the specific warranty policy and CUBIC will ensure the warranty.
